Ryan Kuchel is a leading and successful entrepreneur who has developed several businesses across the globe throughout Australia to the Middle East.

Mr. Kuchel is a self-learner from an early age and had a keen interest in real estate. After completing his Master’s degree in finance and investment, Ryan Kuchel put his foot forward into the corporate world, working in the real state sector and managed big companies like Telstra, Department of Defence, National Australia Bank to name but a few, from both Sydney and Adelaide.

After working there, Ryan Kuchel gained the desired skills and techniques to handle MNCs as clients. He also moved to Dubai and worked in a DP World Subsidiary and draws experience and adequate knowledge.

Ryan Kuchel also started Innov8 in Dubai that is an independent interior design company and the company’s main motto is to create an inspiring and innovative working environment for corporate end-users, retailers, and developers.

Innov8 has worked with big clients such as Bayer Industries, Novartis, Roche Pharmaceuticals, my Office, and DHL to name a few. The reason for going to become a success is the dedication of Ryan and recruitment done to hiring exceptional staff, implementing a rigorous and robust process’, and aiming to deliver exceptional services.

After serving for over a decade in the Middle East, he returned to Australia in 2019 and devoted his time and investment fund into startups whose aims and objectives are to solve the existing problems present in the world.

Ryan Kuchel is best in managing time and when he is not working he spends his quality time with his family and also loves to play golf with his friends.
